I've got a polycom 4000 that started blinking its led's and clicking immediately after turning it on.  The lcd screen never shows anything either.

I've tried a few three-finger salutes while booting, but they didn't do anything:

* # vol+ select

and

6 8 *

Is it dead, or is it complaining about something that can be fixed?
