SPA962 Ringing Issue

Hello,

We have a SPA962 phone with SPA932 console attached and it works great except that after two rings if no one picks up then the call goes out to other phones in the office (which is all fine)...... but, if the call is picked up one one of these other phones the SPA962 keeps ringing... and will continue to ring until it is picked up and then hung up again, which gets pretty annoying ... a couple of us have tried to figure this out and can not seem to understand why it would do this....

Can anyone shed some light on this issue.... Any help would be much appreciated.
Also, I will not pretend to know much of what I am doing, so if possible "dumbing down" the answers a bit would really help me out.
